Grilled Portobello Burger with Balsamic-Herbal Marinade, Grilled Chicken Kabobs with a Mediterranean-Style Yogurt Marinade, and Grilled Salmon with Raspberry-Ponzu Glaze. With apologies to hamburger lovers, Jim reports that the Grilled Portobello Mushrooms on burger buns and are usually swiped by the carnies (carnivores) before the vegans get to them. His philosophy about grilling vegetarian is that it shouldn't be a food compromise but excellent in it's own right. The chicken kabobs offer lots of bang for the flavor buck. The grilled salmon is an easy to do last minute glaze.
