He will show a white wine from Graves, examples of left and right bank reds and even one example of the famed 2005 vintage of Bordeaux. Alain Fertal, owner and winemaker of Chateau les Roques in Loupiac will present all the secrets of “the Noble Rot”. We will taste a St-Croix-du-Mont, a Loupiac and a Sauternes.
