Chef Young will show you what to do with that bushel of tomatoes you hauled home from the farmer's market. Watch him prepare a wonderful marinara sauce, two different base salsas (you can personalize them with fruit or somesuch as you see fit), and a canned tomato recipe with basil and garlic for various uses.
