Your chance to feast on small dishes prepared and served by Marcus Samuelsson, Donald Barickman, Jason Denton, Annie Wayte, Takashi Yagihashi, Michel Briand, Jim Tarantino, Molly Stevens, Eric Villegas, Brian Polcyn, Jennifer McLagan, Myles Anton, and other guest chefs. That, and sample an overwhelming selection of wine from top importers and suppliers such as Winebow, Wilson-Daniels, Vin DiVino, Southcorp, Frederick Wildman, Vineyard Brands, Pernod-Ricard, Paterno, Treana, E.J. Gallo (they own fifty-five wineries around the world), Kobrand, Eagle Eye Imports, Vine Connections, Chateau Ste. Michelle, Aroma Wines, and all of northern Michigan’s top wineries. Beer lovers, don't despair. Eurobrews will be onsite pouring specialty brews from England's Wychwood Brewery, and St. Peters Brewery, and Blanche de Namur's Belgian White Ale.
