Reception Tasting of several of the World’s finest Champagnes including Perrier-Jouet, Mumm, Moet-Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Piper Heidseck, and Krug. Maine's best lobster chef, Tom Gutow of the Castine Inn will prepare a few bubbly friendly nibbles including domestic caviar with blini, lobster sauteed in Pernod, cold poached lobster rolls, fresh oysters on the half shell, and, if you insist, maybe a few strawberries.
