The man-handled wines might include Whitehall Lane Sauvignon Blanc (Dean Sylvester), Wattle Creek Sauvignon Blanc (Michael Scholz), Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc (Mark Beringer), Flora Springs Sauvignon Blanc (Ken Deis), Girard Sauvignon Blanc (Marco DiGuilio).
